Very Fine Granules - a fine powder below 100 microns suitable for soluble applications.

Fine Granules - visually a fine powder but actually distinct microfine granules of Seagreens® wild Ascophyllum, Pelvetia, or Fucus seaweed which, unlike powders, mix evenly with no dust, do not congeal and do not colour the food.

Medium Granules - homogenous 1mm granules of Seagreens® wild Ascophyllum which retain a subtle visual presence in the food.

Pelvetia Pieces - air dried pieces of Seagreens® wild Pelvetia up to 10mm which provide a separated flavour and visual interest.
