Food Capsules and Food Granules (without capsules) uses the synergy of closely related species of Seagreens® native wild wrack seaweeds - Ascophyllum, Pelvetia, and Fucus - to provide a unique micronutrient balance.

A convenient, complete and balanced dietary foundation for all ages in everyday use and in nutritional therapy.

Food Capsules are easily taken each morning (2 per day preferably with other food) and at other times, preferably during the first half of the day.

Up to 4 may be taken during an illness, when undergoing treatment, in recuperation, or otherwise as advised by a nutritional therapist.

Children under 5 should have half the diaily amount.

The fine granulated Food Granules is in a very fine, soluble form vey similar to the content of the Food Capsules - but without the capsules. 

A quarter of a teaspoon is equivalent to 2 Food Capsules, easy to use in fruit juices and smoothies as well as in food as a soluble food ingredient.
